Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully to be sure you have a complete understanding of the following statements. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Fees for sessions lasting longer than 50 minutes will be adjusted accordingly. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit cards. Fees are due at the end of each session & receipts are available upon request. If you are late for your appointment it will end at the scheduled time. 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments. Missed appointments or cancellation notice of less than 24 hours will be billed as a regular session. In addition, we require authorization to keep a credit card on file. You may reach us at (954) 444-6398 If no one is in the office please leave a detailed voicemail. If your call to the therapist requires more than 5 minutes you may be billed for a regular session. If your call is an emergency call the Broward County Crisis Hot Line at 954-467-6333, in Dade County 305-358-HELP. You may also contact your physician or go to the nearest emergency room.
